We founded ATTACORE to solve the single biggest risk in importing excavator attachments overseas: pin fitment errors and unverified wear steel. Every bucket, thumb, coupler, and grapple we ship is backed by a signed 2D pin drawing before fabrication and a photographic caliper inspection report before final balance payment.
4-Stage Inspection Protocol Before Every Shipment
Mill Certificate & Steel Plate Verification
Every heat batch of Q355B structural steel and NM400 / NM500 wear plate is checked with a portable Brinell hardness tester and optical spectrometer before CNC plasma cutting.
CNC Plasma Cutting & Robotic Welding
Laser and high-definition CNC plasma tables cut side plates, gussets, and pin ears. Multi-pass CO₂/MAG structural welds are executed on robotic positioners for uniform penetration.
Post-Weld CNC Horizontal Line Boring
Unlike low-cost workshops that weld pre-bored sleeves, we line-bore both hanger ear bosses simultaneously after welding to guarantee ±0.2 mm coaxial alignment and H8 bore tolerance.
Ultrasonic Weld Testing & Pre-Shipment Inspection
Critical hanger joints undergo ultrasonic testing (UT). Before crating, our QC engineer photographs caliper readings of pin bore diameter, stick width, and pin center-to-center spacing for buyer sign-off.

Because Xuzhou is home to China’s largest concentration of excavator OEMs, steel plate rolling mills, and forging foundries, Xuzhou Lingyu Technology Co., Ltd. sources certified NM400 wear steel, 42CrMo induction-hardened pin stock, and forged GET teeth at tier-one cluster cost—passing 25–40% landed savings directly to overseas buyers.
If any attachment does not match the signed 2D pin drawing we confirm before production, we air-freight replacement adapter bushings or remake the bracket at our expense.
All structural welds, hanger ears, and hydraulic cylinders carry a full 12-month / 1,500-hour warranty under normal rated excavator operating pressure.
