Pin Fitment & Machine Compatibility
What measurements do I need to confirm an excavator attachment will fit my machine?
Only three millimeter dimensions are required: (1) Pin Diameter (mm), (2) Dipper Stick Width between the bucket ears (mm), and (3) Pin Center-to-Center distance between the main pin and link pin (mm). If you tell us your exact machine make and model, we look up these specs in our verified database and send a 2D pin drawing for your confirmation.
What if my excavator uses a quick coupler instead of direct pin-on mounting?
We manufacture attachments for Pin-Grabber couplers, Bobcat X-Change, Kubota Wedgelock (K008/KX033/KX040/U35), John Deere Wedgelock, Lehnhoff MS01/MS03/MS08, and Nordic S30/S40/S45/S60 couplers. Just specify your coupler type when requesting a quote.
Are two hardened pins and retaining bolts included with every bucket and attachment?
Yes. Every excavator bucket, ripper, rake, coupler, and grapple ships with two induction-hardened 42CrMo pins (52–58 HRC), grease fittings, steel adjustment shims, and Grade 10.9 cross-bolts with locknuts.
What happens if the pin bracket does not fit my machine upon arrival?
Before cutting steel, we send a dimensioned 2D hanger drawing for your sign-off. If our manufactured bracket deviates from that approved drawing, Xuzhou Lingyu Technology Co., Ltd. will air-freight corrective adapter sleeves/pins or remanufacture the bracket at zero cost to you.

How do I know my bucket uses genuine NM400 / Hardox wear steel rather than mild steel?
Every heavy-duty and quarry attachment ships with a Material Mill Test Certificate (MTC 3.1) and a pre-shipment QC inspection sheet showing portable Brinell hardness tester readings (380–420 HBW for NM400, 480–520 HBW for NM500) stamped with your serial number.
Why is post-weld CNC line boring important for excavator bucket ears?
Welding generates intense heat that slightly warps steel ear plates. By CNC line-boring both ear bosses simultaneously after all structural welding is finished, we guarantee H8 coaxial alignment (±0.2 mm) so your pins slide in smoothly without binding or uneven bushing wear.
Can I inspect my attachments before paying the final balance?
Yes. Before crating and before requesting the 70% balance payment, we send high-resolution photos and video showing caliper measurements of pin diameter, ear spacing, center-to-center pitch, and paint thickness—or you can schedule a live WhatsApp video inspection.
What warranty is included on ATTACORE attachments?
All structural welds, hanger brackets, and hydraulic cylinders are covered by a 12-month or 1,500-operating-hour warranty against manufacturing defects. Consumable ground-engaging wear parts (tooth tips, cutting edges, breaker chisels) are excluded from normal abrasion wear.

What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)? Can I buy just 1 bucket or thumb?
Our MOQ is 1 piece for standard excavator and skid steer attachments. For single-unit and 1–4 piece orders, we ship via LCL crated sea freight or DDP door-to-door delivery. Volume discounts apply at 5+ pieces and full 20GP/40HQ container loads.
What are your production lead times?
In-stock standard mini excavator buckets and thumbs ship within 7–10 days. Custom-bored pin configurations and batch orders of 5–15 units take 15–22 days. Full 20GP/40HQ container orders with custom RAL paint and OEM laser logos take 22–28 days.
What payment methods and terms do you accept?
Standard B2B export terms are 30% T/T deposit upon 2D pin drawing approval and 70% T/T balance after you approve the pre-shipment caliper QC report (or against Bill of Lading copy). For orders over $30,000 USD, irrevocable L/C at sight is also supported.
Can you laser-cut our dealer logo and paint attachments in our brand colors?
Yes. For orders of 5+ units (or mixed container orders), we provide free custom RAL polyurethane paint matching, CNC laser-cut dealer logos on bucket side plates, and custom-engraved aluminum serial tags.
Shipping, Customs Clearance & DDP Door-to-Door
I have never imported from China before. Can you ship directly to my yard or farm?
Yes. Through our DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) Door-to-Door service to the USA, Canada, UK, Europe, and Australia, our freight forwarder handles export declaration, ocean freight, customs clearance, import tariffs, and final flatbed or liftgate truck delivery to your address.
How do you pack attachments to minimize ocean freight cost?
We nest smaller trenching and digging buckets inside wider grading buckets and pack spare bucket teeth, pins, and hydraulic thumbs inside the bucket cavities on ISPM-15 fumigation-free steel-frame pallets—reducing cubic meter (CBM) volume by up to 35%.
How many attachments fit into a 20GP or 40HQ shipping container?
A 20GP container holds roughly 35–55 mini excavator buckets/attachments (or 18–26 mid-size 12–22T buckets, up to 24 metric tons payload). A 40HQ container holds 75–110 mixed mini attachments or a combination of skid steer grapples, breakers, and excavator buckets.
Which Chinese ports do you ship from?
Our primary loading port is Qingdao Port or Lianyungang Port (closest to our Xuzhou factory), with Shanghai and Ningbo available for weekly consolidated LCL sailings worldwide.
