Terms of Sale & Service
These Terms of Sale govern all quotations, Proforma Invoices (PI), and international shipments issued by Xuzhou Lingyu Technology Co., Ltd. (trading as ATTACORE).
1. Quotations & Proforma Invoices
Website prices shown on attacore.com are reference FOB China port prices in USD based on standard configurations. Formal written quotations and Proforma Invoices remain valid for 15 calendar days due to fluctuations in raw NM400 wear steel indices and international ocean freight rates.
2. 2D Pin Drawing Sign-Off & Fitment Guarantee
- Prior to fabrication, our engineering team issues a dimensioned 2D bracket drawing specifying Pin Diameter (mm), Dipper Stick Width (mm), and Pin Center-to-Center pitch (mm).
- Fitment Guarantee: If the delivered attachment deviates from the buyer-approved 2D drawing beyond our ±0.5 mm fabrication tolerance, Xuzhou Lingyu Technology Co., Ltd. will air-freight corrective adapter bushings/pins or replace the mounting bracket at our sole cost.
3. Payment Terms
- Standard Orders: 30% T/T wire transfer deposit upon Proforma Invoice and 2D drawing confirmation; 70% T/T balance after buyer approval of pre-shipment QC inspection photos/videos (or against copy of Ocean Bill of Lading).
- Container Orders (>$30,000 USD): T/T 30/70 or 100% Irrevocable Letter of Credit (L/C) at sight issued by an internationally recognized bank.
4. Shipping & Incoterms 2020
All shipments are executed in accordance with Incoterms® 2020 (EXW Xuzhou, FOB Qingdao/Shanghai/Lianyungang, CIF Destination Port, or DDP Door-to-Door). All wooden crating or dunnage complies with ISPM-15 heat-treatment standards, or utilizes fumigation-free welded steel pallets.
5. 12-Month Structural & Hydraulic Warranty
Xuzhou Lingyu Technology Co., Ltd. warrants all attachment structural frames, weld seams, pin ear bosses, hydraulic cylinders, and rotary motors against defects in material and workmanship for 12 months from Bill of Lading date or 1,500 operating hours (whichever occurs first). Normal abrasive wear on ground-engaging consumables (bucket tooth tips, bolt-on cutting edges, side cutters, and breaker chisels) is excluded.
