How do I confirm a bucket fits my machine?
Share your excavator brand and model (for example, Bobcat E35) or send a photo of your machine nameplate. We verify pin diameter, dipper ear inside width, and pin center-to-center distance against our fitment database before fabrication.
What is the MOQ and lead time for standard buckets?
Our minimum order quantity is 1 piece for sample or contractor orders. Standard buckets ship within 15–20 working days from Xuzhou via FOB Shanghai or Lianyungang, with DDP door-to-door delivery available for US buyers.
Can you make custom widths or ear dimensions?
Yes. Custom bucket widths, ear brackets, quick coupler hooks, and Hardox 450 wear packages can be built to your drawing or pin measurements. You will receive a formal quote within 24 hours and delivery in 20–25 days.
Do buckets include pins and teeth?
All digging, trenching, and rock buckets include standard bolt-on or pin-on teeth and side cutters. Hardened 40Cr mounting pins are included when ordered for pin-on or quick-coupler setups.
