- Machine & Engineering Data: Excavator or skid steer make/model, pin diameter (mm), dipper stick width (mm), pin center-to-center distance (mm), coupler type, and uploaded CAD drawings (DXF/DWG/STEP/PDF) or machine nameplate photos.
- Technical Telemetry: Standard anonymized server logs and basic page-view analytics used strictly to improve site speed and catalog navigation.
2. Confidentiality of OEM Drawings & Custom Designs (NDA Protection)
All proprietary 2D/3D CAD files, custom bracket specifications, and private-label brand assets submitted to Xuzhou Lingyu Technology Co., Ltd. are treated as strictly confidential trade secrets. We never share, publish, or resell custom customer tooling designs to third parties. Formal mutual Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) are available prior to file transfer upon request.
3. How We Use Your Information
- To verify excavator or loader pin compatibility and generate 2D confirmation drawings prior to fabrication.
- To calculate accurate FOB China, CIF port, or DDP door-to-door ocean/truck freight rates with licensed international freight forwarders.
- To issue commercial invoices, packing lists, mill test certificates (MTC 3.1), and pre-shipment QC inspection reports.
4. Data Sharing & International Transfers
We do not sell, rent, or trade your contact list to any marketing broker. Information is shared solely with logistics carriers, customs brokers, or inspection agencies (such as SGS/BV when requested by the buyer) to fulfill your shipment.

We retain approved 2D pin drawings and order specifications so you can reorder replacement attachments, bucket teeth, or wear edges without re-measuring your fleet. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your business records at any time by contacting us below.
