Can I order 1 sample attachment if I have never imported from China before?
Yes. Choose our DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) door-to-door option for the US, Canada, UK, Europe, or Australia. Our logistics partner handles export declarations, ocean freight, customs clearance, import tariffs, and final liftgate truck delivery to your yard or jobsite.
What are your standard payment terms?
Our standard term is 30% T/T deposit to start fabrication and 70% T/T balance after you review and approve our photo/video QC inspection report (pin diameter caliper checks, ear spacing, and paint finish) prior to dispatch.
How are buckets and attachments packed to prevent transit damage?
LCL sample orders are bolted onto fumigation-free ISPM-15 export plywood/steel skids and shrink-wrapped with rust-inhibitor oil on all machined pins. Full 20GP/40HQ containers use custom nested steel racks to prevent rubbing and maximize container payload.
