What CAD file formats do you accept for custom weldments?
We accept STEP (.stp), IGES (.igs), AutoCAD (.dwg/.dxf), SolidWorks (.sldprt/.sldasm), and dimensioned PDF drawings. If you only have an existing attachment or machine serial plate, our Xuzhou engineering team can create the 3D fabrication drawing for your approval.
Can you laser-cut our dealer logo onto the bucket side plates?
Yes. For orders of 5+ units or mixed 20GP/40HQ containers, we provide custom laser-cut or embossed dealer steel badges, custom RAL powder/polyurethane paint colors, and private-label serial nameplates at no extra setup cost.
How do you verify steel grades (Q355B, NM400, Hardox 450) before shipping?
Every OEM batch includes mill test certificates (MTC), Brinell hardness testing on wear edges, ultrasonic weld inspection on critical ear bosses, and a go/no-go pin gauge report sent to you before the 70% balance payment.
